With 52 participating law schools and our growing national reputation for providing high quality work experiences in the public interest labor law and workers' rights area, the applicant pool was the largest and most qualified to date. The 2001 Summer Internships were successfully completed and employers were very pleased with the interns' work.

Supervisors reported that the interns were very effective and had measurable impact on their respective organizations. The students appreciated the opportunity to advance in their knowledge and experience in labor law practice. This year's PBF interns are as follows:
