Mehri & Skalet, PLLC is seeking a Peggy Browning Fellow with a demonstrated commitment to worker rights, including civil law to serve as a summer law clerk. The responsibilities of the Fellow may include: legal research and drafting memoranda, assisting with drafting complaints and legal briefs, interviewing potential clients, and drafting affidavits. Applicants should have excellent research and writing skills. It is also expected that applicants possess the ability to work well as part of a team and also be energetic self-starters.

Our areas of practice include civil rights and anti-discrimination law, wage and hour, consumer protection, and the False Claims Action. We also often work alongside organizing efforts of labor unions.

Mehri & Skalet will provide additional compensation to the Peggy Browning Fellow beyond the normal ten-week stipend of $4,500.
