IUE-CWA is the industrial division of the Communications Workers of America. The IUE-CWA Legal Department performs a wide variety of legal work, including answering inquiries from IUE-CWA Local officers and International Representatives, litigation, arbitrations, NLRB charges and internal Union matters.

The Peggy Browning Fund Intern at the IUE-CWA will work on a wide variety of labor and employment issues, including the NLRA, ADA, FMLA, WARN Act, Title VII, ERISA, arbitration issues and internal Union matters. The work includes research and writing draft letters, memoranda and briefs.

* The IUE-CWA will provide a matching grant of $2,500 to the selected Peggy Browning Fund Intern for a total ten-week stipend of $5,000
