Over the years, Lubin & Enoch, PC has represented virtually every major labor organization in the United States and dozens of smaller labor organizations in matters arising in a wide number of industries including, but not limited to: agriculture, aviation, banking, broadcasting, construction, energy, entertainment, food, government, healthcare, leisure and hospitality, manufacturing, natural resources and mining, public utilities and transportation. Our lawyers also have extensive experience representing plaintiffs and defendants in employment litigation in these same industries.

Lubin & Enoch, P.C. seeks a 2L Fellow for its downtown Phoenix office for the summer of 2023. The Fellow will assist our attorneys prepare for hearings and brief issues before arbitrators as well as all courts and administrative agencies in matters arising under traditional (e.g., National Labor Relations Act, Railway Labor Act, Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act) and non-traditional labor and employment law representation. Applicants must possess excellent research and writing skills and, of equal importance, a strong commitment to representing the interests of working people. The Fellow will be paid twenty five-dollars per hour ($25/hr.) with the possibility of continued part-time employment through the school year. Fellows should expect to work 35-40 hours per week.
