A graduate of Haverford College, Joe worked his college summers at Greyhound Lines as a member of Local 1202, Amalgamated Transit Union. He graduated cum laude from FordhamLawSchool in 1989, where he served as a commentary editor of the Law Review . Joe was admitted to the Bar in New York, Washington, DC and New Jersey.
