The Peggy Browning Fund’s dedication to the collective bargaining process through its support of internships, mentoring and other career development programs truly is worthy of our admiration. I wish to thank all of my colleagues throughout the collective bargaining system for their commitment to responsible and meaningful participation in negotiations and dispute resolution, and especially those in the neutral ranks for their camaraderie and unwavering support of the process.
