  • A union attorney with at least five (5) years’ experience in labor, employment and/or administrative law, a demonstrated ability to advise union clients and a commitment to the goals of the labor movement, and an ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • An attorney with one (1) to three (3) years’ experience in representing employee benefit funds in general ERISA matters or ERISA litigation, or an attorney with interest in these areas, to work in either its Oakland or San Francisco office. Applicants should be available to travel and work independently and as part of a team. Dedication, strong writing skills, attention to detail, and organization are key. California bar admission is required.
  • An attorney with two (2) to four (4) years’ experience in workers’ compensation (or representing employee benefit funds in lien and subrogation matters) or representing employee benefit funds in general ERISA matters to work in its Oakland office. Applicants should be available to travel, and work independently and as part of a team. Dedication, strong writing skills, attention to details, and organization are very important. California bar admission is required.
