  • An ERISA attorney with three (3) to ten (10) years of experience to join our employee benefits practice. Responsibilities will include drafting and review of plan documents and service provider contracts, compliance, working with plan professionals, and providing advice to Fund personnel and Trustees. Applicants must have experience in employee benefits law, be detail-oriented, and possess excellent research, writing, and verbal communication skills. Current admission to the California bar is preferred, though not required.
  • An ERISA attorney with ten (10+) or more years of experience, and would consider a lateral partner candidate, to join our employee benefits practice. Responsibilities will include providing advice to trustees, administrative personnel, and local unions on the full range of issues faced by multiemployer retirement plans and welfare plans involving ERISA, IRC, HIPAA, etc. Experience with DOL and IRS audits, plan qualification issues, arbitration of trustee deadlocks, drafting and review of plan documents and service provider contracts, and monitoring plan compliance a plus. Current admission to the California bar is preferred, though not required.
