The Previant Law Firm, S.C., a Milwaukee based union-side labor and employment and fringe benefit fund law firm, seeks an attorney with up to five (5) years’ experience representing public sector and private sector labor unions to join its labor practice. Duties and responsibilities include representing unions in arbitrations, administrative proceedings, federal court litigation and advising on collective bargaining matters. Related experience in labor and/or employment law is preferred. Excellent research and writing skills and strong oral advocacy skills are essential.
