Job Highlight:

We represent Taft Hartley health, retirement and training funds in a variety of litigation contexts, including pursuing defaulting employers and withdrawal liability, in matters of complex statutory interpretation involving competing funds and defending agaist provider claims.  We also represent unions in labor matters and counsel, negotiate for and litigate employment matters mainly for plaintiffs.  If you want to practice in federal court within a firm of seasoned practitioners that encourages professional growth and advancement, you should join our team.  We are looking for an associate with 1+ years legal experience.  Salary to $75,000.

Candidates must:

  • have ERISA and/or labor background/genuine interest;
  • be a team player;
  • be admitted in New York;
  • have strong research and writing skills; and
  • have a positive and energetic attitude.
