Labor and employment law firm seeks to add an attorney preferably with litigation experience as well as experience in the area of labor and employment law.  The firm’s practice includes all aspects of labor & employment law on behalf of unions and employees in both individual cases as well as in class and collective actions.  Among other things, the firm routinely handles matters involving: wage and hour violations, sexual harassment, discrimination and retaliation, employee discipline, whistleblower retaliation, and collective bargaining agreement disputes.  Responsibilities will include all aspects of negotiations, discovery, arbitration, hearing, and/or trial.  The attorney will work directly with clients and other attorneys in the firm often in a team environment.  The position involves travel.
