Duties and responsibilities include drafting and review of governing plan documents and participant communications; plan compliance under ERISA and the IRC; client representation before the IRS, PBGC and Department of Labor; ERISA-related litigation; and working with and advising multiemployer plan trustees, plan personnel, and other plan professionals, as necessary.
