For more than 40 years, Altshuler Berzon LLP has litigated groundbreaking cases in the fields of labor and employment, environmental, constitutional, campaign and election, civil rights and immigration law, earning a nationwide reputation for litigation excellence. Many of our cases are in federal and state courts in California, although we participate in trial and appellate litigation throughout the country, including in the U.S. Supreme Court and before state and federal government agencies. We also work closely with our clients on legislative, regulatory, and public policy matters.
