Sugarman & Susskind, PA has been with LCC since the LCC’s start. We were founded more than thirty-five (35) years ago in Miami. Our firm represents labor unions and employee benefit plans.

We represent working people and their benefit plans from diverse industries, such as: construction, entertainment, health, maritime, transportation, and public sector workers; including educators and first responders.

We are seeking to hire at least one associate with 0-5 years of experience. The applicant should be available to begin in the immediate future. The applicant will be given the opportunity to either start or continue a career as a union and employee benefits lawyer. The applicant will have the opportunity for immediate client contact on a frequent basis. She or he will have the opportunity to attend arbitrations, collective bargaining negotiations, court hearings, and plan meetings and handle cases within a short period of time.
