Hayes, Ortega & Sánchez, a California union-side labor and employment law firm with offices in San Diego and Los Angeles Counties, is seeking applications for the position of Law Clerk.

Our firm represents private and public sector labor unions and their members. Our practice includes litigation (federal, state, and appellate), arbitration, administrative hearings, labor contract negotiations, and providing advice and guidance to labor unions. We are accepting applications from candidates who have completed at least two-thirds of their law school program and who are either currently enrolled in law school or who have graduated and are now waiting to take the next bar exam. Candidates must have excellent research and writing skills.
