For more than eight decades, Leonard Carder, LLP has provided legal counsel and representation to unions and workers involved in some of the most memorable labor struggles on the West Coast. From our offices in San Francisco and Oakland, we specialize in representing local and international labor unions and employee benefit plans, as well as representing employees in class actions, individual workers’ rights cases, and law reform litigation.

We are currently looking for a union attorney with at least two years’ experience in labor, employment or administrative law, and with a demonstrated commitment to the goals of the labor movement, to join our firm. Ideal candidates will have a proven ability to advise and work with union clients, as well as strong research, writing and analytical skills.

We are also seeking an attorney with 1-3 years’ experience to join our employee benefits practice which encompasses litigation, arbitration, transactional and advice. Ideal candidates are committed to the labor movement and possess superior research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
