Philadelphia, PA law firm representing national and local multiemployer benefit funds and labor unions seeks talented attorney dedicated to the labor movement to complement and add to our busy ERISA practice. Qualified candidates will have 5 years of litigation experience and prior experience with Taft Hartley benefit plans. We seek applicants with excellent written and oral communications skills who work well as part of a team. This is a litigation-heavy position and Federal court experience is desired. Cases will include benefit plan-related litigation, i.e. contribution enforcement, withdrawal liability, alter ego, successor liability, post-judgment enforcement, defense of benefit claims and claims of fiduciary breach. PA bar required; MD, NJ, and/or DE bars a plus. We offer a collegial environment with a generous benefits package. Salary commensurate with experience.
