For over 50 years, Bush Gottlieb, A Law Corporation, has actively litigated complex cases in federal courts and California state court, representing working people, labor unions and their trust funds.  Our clients include local and international labor unions and employee benefit plans as well as employees in wage and hour class actions.  We regularly file constitutional and individual employee rights cases, and also work closely with our clients on legislative matters and building economic justice coalitions.  We are deeply committed to advancing organized labor and securing the rights of working people to a fair wage.  We value attorneys who are eager to have major responsibility in cases from day one.  Bush Gottlieb believes strongly in a diverse, family-friendly, collegial, and community-minded workforce.  Bush Gottlieb is currently looking for attorneys with 2+ years’ experience/interest in employee benefits law as well as excellent research, writing and analytical skills.
