Student Law Clerks - Spring 2023

Cohen, Weiss and Simon LLP is looking for student Law Clerks to join our team in Spring 2023. Applicants should be current law school students with strong research and writing skills. Coursework in labor, employment and/or ERISA/employee benefits law is preferred. Labor union, employee benefit plan, journal and/or moot court experience is a plus. Compensation is $30/hour, with 15-20 hours of work a week.

Interested candidates should submit applications using the subject line "Spring 2023 Clerkship" to the Law Clerk Committee, at Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis and applicants are encouraged to apply before December 1, 2022. Please include a cover letter explaining what has drawn you to work for the labor movement and workers/plan participants, resume, and legal writing sample. This position is expected to be at least partially in-person in our Manhattan office.
