This is the summer 2027 fellowship description for this mentor organization. 

Hayes Dolce LLP is a union-side labor law firm in Buffalo, NY, serving clients throughout upstate New York and the Northeast United States. The firm was founded on the principle that justice in the workplace is critical to justice in society. Our attorneys are dedicated to fierce advocacy for working people in all aspects of labor and employment, with experience representing unions before all federal and state agencies and in court, employee benefit fund matters, discipline and grievance arbitration, wage and hour suits, sexual harassment matters, employment discrimination suits, and breach of contract actions. We represent several large and small union clients in the area and currently maintain an active wage-and-hour practice.

The Peggy Browning Fellow in 2028 will play an immediate, central role in all matters the firm handles during the fellowship, including arbitrations, NLRB matters, and wage-and-hour litigation.

The total ten-week stipend is $8,500.
