The 29th Annual National Law Students Workers' Rights Conference is returning to Baltimore!

The 2026 NLSWRC will bring together a community of progressive and like-minded law students, lawyers, and organizers together to explore the future of workers’ rights and workplace justice lawyering. With multiple substantive workshops, networking breakout rooms, and plenary session, the conference will give each participant additional insight into becoming an advocate for workers and their families. Students will: 

• gain a greater understanding of the current and upcoming labor issues facing American workers; 
• supplement their labor and workers' rights courses with in-depth information on worker and union-side labor law; and 
• network with fellow law students, top labor attorneys, professors, nonprofit practitioners and others.
