This is the 2026 fellowship description for this organization. 

For over thirty-five years, Kraw Law Group has provided leading edge legal strategies and innovative cost-effective solutions to problems faced by employee benefit funds, their participants and their related business interests. The firm represents multiemployer benefit funds and Taft-Hartley benefit funds on all aspects of law, including mergers, plan design, regulatory compliance, operations, financial and legal issues relating to plan investment, and litigation matters. The funds we represent provide a wide variety of benefits in varied professions and industries, including entertainment, media, construction and health. Kraw Law Group is a long-time supporter and donor of the Peggy Browing Foundation and is eager for the opportunity to work with a fellow.

As a Peggy Browning Fellow, you can expect to work alongside attorneys advising employee benefit plans on ERISA regulatory compliance, administrative and fiduciary matters, withdrawal liability litigation matters, and other issues. In addition, you will have the opportunity to assist in active litigation matters.

You will be assigned a variety of projects, including legal research, writing projects addressing various regulatory compliance issues, and assisting litigation counsel with legal research, drafting motions and other pleadings, discovery, trial preparation and the opportunity to attend hearings in federal court.

Applicants should have strong research, writing and analytical skills as well as commitment to workers’ rights and the labor movement. The Fellow will be based out of our Silicon Valley Office in Mountain View.

Kraw Law Group will pay the Fellow $20,000 for the 10-week period.
