2021 Summer Fellowships Include Additional Programs

Peggy Browning Summer Fellows had many additional programs from which to choose to bring added depth to the work they were assigned.

Every summer, PBF hosts webinars and teleconferences.  The last two years, Zoom meetings were added and all of these programs were virtual. Beginning in June, 4 programs were conducted on:

• How to Get The Most From Your Peggy Browning Summer Fellowship
• Advocating for Immigrant Workers
• Labor Law on the Hill
• NLRB Honors Program

In addition, PBF Alumni organized virtual activities for the Fellows.  Regional lunches, Virtual Happy Hours and 3 Virtual Movie Nights, with labor-themed films. All were well-organized and attended.  PBF's Fellows were also invited to attend partner labor organizations' webinars and lunches.
