Small, growing law firm with a national Taft-Hartley employee benefits practice seeks an Associate Litigation Attorney with 1-5 years of experience for its Silicon Valley office. A JD from an ABA-accredited law school and admission to the California Bar are required. The ideal candidate will have excellent writing and research skills, experience in both federal and state courts, and the ability to work independently. Prior Taft-Hartley or labor law experience is preferred. Salary Range: $125,000.00 - $175,000.00 with quality benefits. Actual salary may vary based on experience.
