United Food And Commercial Workers International Union
District of Columbia

The legal department of the United Food and Commercial Workers International Union (UFCW) is seeking a new lawyer to work as a law fellow in its Washington, DC headquarters office.  The fellowship is for one year, with possible renewal for a second year upon mutual agreement of the fellow and the UFCW.  The salary range is $92,537-$100,165, depending on number of years since graduating law school. Applicants should have demonstrated a commitment to workers’ rights and to the labor movement. Applicants should also possess strong analytical ability, and effective oral and written communication skills.

The successful applicant must be or become a member of the District of Columbia bar.
