ERISA Litigation Attorney

Blitman & King LLP is seeking either (1) an experienced, senior associate or (2) a lateral partner to join our ERISA litigation and collections practice. The associate or partner would handle the collection of monies owed to employee benefits funds, unions, and employees under ERISA, the LMRA, and State Finance Law, Lien Law, and Labor Law. The position involves federal and state court litigation, arbitrations, DOL proceedings, bankruptcy proceedings, NLRB proceedings, and judgment enforcement proceedings. Transactional aspects of position include contract negotiations and drafting of agreements, plan provisions, and policies and procedures. The position requires excellent research, writing, organizational, and math skills.

The salary ranges from $100,000 to $175,000 depending on experience and qualifications. Our firm is an equal opportunity employer and invites all qualified applicants to apply.
