Reid, Ballew, & Leahy LLP
Washington

Reid, Ballew & Leahy is a mission driven firm that advocates for the rights of working people throughout the Pacific Northwest, by representing labor unions, pensions and trusts. Our collaborative team currently consists of four lawyers and three staff. We are seeking an associate with strong legal skills and a dedicated interest in representing organized labor to join our firm.

Candidates should also have strong experience in contract interpretation, research and writing, and communicating with different audiences.

An active WSBA license is required. We either are looking for someone who has at least 3 years of legal experience, or, a newer lawyer who has worked for at least 3 years outside of the legal field. Prior union or labor law experience is a plus, but is not required.

Reid, Ballew & Leahy is an equal opportunity employer, and encourages all qualified to apply. Our firm offers generous medical, vision and dental plans, parking or transit stipend, bar and professional membership dues, flexible PTO, and an additional 10% of salary paid directly into a 401k. The expected salary range is between $105,000-$120,000.
