• Superior interpersonal skills for working with diverse teams and clients
• Availability for occasional case-related travel
• Bar admission in NY or another state (or pending)
• Fluency in Spanish or another language is highly desirable, but not required

What It Looks Like
• Assist in all aspects of civil litigation
• Interview clients and potential witnesses
• Conduct legal research
• Draft pleadings, discovery demands and responses, and motions
• Review and analyze discovery responses and production
• Take and defend depositions
• Prepare for and participate in trial
• Develop and maintain client relationships
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals and data scientists to drive cases forward


Compensation
We believe excellent litigation work should be sustainable, and our compensation structure reflects a commitment to high-impact practice without high-burnout expectations. We prioritize long-term career development, leadership opportunities, and quality of life over volume-driven billing.
• Base salary of $85,000–$101,436, depending on experience
• Annual discretionary bonuses tied to firm performance and success
